Summer Rosé Sangria
Who doesn't like a good sangria recipe? Well, this recipe is absolutely perfect. It's great for brunch, lunch, out with the friends, at home sitting on the couch watching Netflix...EVERYTHING! It is cool, refreshing and screams summer. I hope that you enjoy..responsibly that is!
SUMMER ROSÉ SANGRIA

Difficulty: Easy Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
- ¼ cup apricot brandy
- ½ cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 1 bottle Rosé wine
- 1 large navel orange, halved and sliced
- 1 pint raspberries, rinsed
- 1 pint blueberries, rinsed and stems picked through

2 white nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup sparkling water or seltzer water
- Additional fruit for garnish (berries, orange slices, nectarine slices)
Instructions:
In a large glass pitcher, combine lemon juice, apricot brandy, granulated sugar and
orange liqueur and stir until sugar has dissolved.
Next, pour in entire bottle of wine, along with the orange slices, raspberries, blueberries and nectarine slices. Refrigerate
until ready to serve (at least 2-4 hours).
When ready to serve, pour sangria in individual glasses, along with fresh fruit for garnish. Finally, top each glass with sparkling water before serving. Enjoy responsibly!
